My liability under any circumstances shall not exceed the purchase price of any defective item sold. I make no warranties, expressed or implied, other than set out here. All purchasers also acknowledge that I am not a distributor sanctioned by the original manufacturer and I am not a party to any manufacturer's warranty that may or may not apply. All purchasers also acknowledge that I sell new, used and/or refurbished items. Turnaround Time:
Orders are usually processed within 2 business days.  Purchaser will be contacted if there is a delay. Orders can be expedited upon request and may raise the cost of shipping.
Return and Warranty Policy:
We guarantee this item to be as described.
Exchanges can be given if item is non-operational upon receipt, the item was different from what you purchased, or the item was not as described. Buyer must notify us within 10 days of receiving the item of any problem that may require an exchange or return.
Should item be broken/non functioning or a gross misrepresentation (wrong item sent) of the item upon receipt and we have another in stock a replacement will be sent. If no replacement is available a full refund will be issued after item is returned and inspected.
Item must be returned in purchased condition and shipped back in the same manner with all accessory items if any were included. Items in factory boxes must be returned with factory box in the same condition as received. If it is determined item was tampered with, misused, or has parts missing a refund may not be given.

Shipping:
We ship lower 48 ONLY from Livermore, California using USPS and/or FedEx. We ship daily Monday through Friday.
Packaging and Handling:
We pack your item(s) as best we can.  All items are wrapped and protected for shipment in a professional manner and as fast as possible.
Package Tracking:
All FedEx and USPS - Priority Mail shipments will receive an e-mail with the tracking number of your package.  This occurs automatically when we create your shipment label.
