on almost all of our items.  Most small items we sell ship first class mail in a bubble mailer for free.  Books ship media mail.  If you want your item sent in a box to protect it better then order it to be sent expedited and it ships in a priority mail box.  Large or heavy items will ship UPS ground or Priority mail at our discretion

Return policy:
30 Days - READ CAREFULLY
: All items must be returned in the exact condition as described. New and/or sealed items cannot be returned unless still in their new and/or sealed condition. The reason we have to be strict about this is because if we ship you a brand new item we don't want to get a used item back that has lost considerable value once opened.  NO RETURNS ON ANY NEW FACTORY SEALED ITEM IF YOU HAVE OPENED IT
RESTOCKING FEE:  Most of our items have free shipping but that doesn't mean the shipping was actually free.  We obviously had to pay the shipping and that was built into the original sales price.  A restocking fee of 20% will apply to non-defective returns to recover that cost..
Defective Items:
We do everything we can to avoid sending a defective item but sometimes things can happen.  Defective items will be exchanged for same item if returned within 14 days (AS-IS items cannot be returned). In the event that we don't have the same item, or you prefer not to receive a replacement, then a refund will be provided once we receive the item back with all original packaging and contents. New and/or sealed items cannot be return for refund if opened. These items can only be returned for exchange of same item.  If you need to contact us for any reason please use the "I have a question about using my item or I want to send the seller a
message" link to work out any issues.  If you use any other link to contact us then EBAY automatically opens a case against us without giving us a chance to work out any issues or problems with you.  Once a case is opened our hands are tied and we are both at the mercy of EBAY however they want to handle it.  Please give us the courtesy to address any issues before you open a case against us.
International Shipping:
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS:  We ship small inexpensive items first class International.  There is a tracking # but SOME countries don't support tracking on these type of shipments.  Once the item leaves the USA it won't get scanned again.  Does that mean it is lost?  NO just not trackable.  Please be patient as some international shipments can take 3,4,5,6 even 8 weeks depending on the country and their customs process.  If you want tracking it can be added but it can be very expensive.  Contact us before you pay for a quote.  We have had great results shipping to Canada, Europe and Australia in particular.
LOCAL PICK UP:  We do allow local pick up by appointment only.  On large or heavy items we may even offer you a discount to pick it up as an incentive since we don't want to ship it either.  E-mail us if you are interested in picking something up and we can work it out.
