1. How to judge the damage of the laser head: the damage of the laser head usually shows that it is very difficult not to read the disk or read the disk. When the above situation occurs, you only need to open the machine to see the model of the laser head, and then buy the corresponding model of the optical head to install it. Sons can be restored as new.
2. How to judge the type of laser head: In general, there are models on the label or on the seat of the laser head. If not, you can send us pictures of the bald head. We will have professional and technical personnel to confirm the type for you. Please confirm the type of laser head before purchasing, in order to avoid mistake.
3. How to install the laser head: When installing the laser head on the shelf, do not move the balance rod on the shelf. When disassembling the laser head, only the screw of the balancing rod on one side can be moved, and the other side should not be moved, so as not to affect the balance, otherwise the laser head may not read the disc. If you can't install it yourself, you can ask professionals to test and install it after purchase, so as not to cause damage to laser head and machine.
4. How to open the solder joint: In order to prevent electrostatic damage to the laser tube when the laser head is out of the factory, there are usually protective solder joints (there is a large solder joint on the bare-headed circuit board or on the soft-line) to short-circuit the power supply foot of the laser tube to the ground. Before installing the bare-headed, it needs to be soldered with an anti-static soldering iron to heat the soldering iron to about 250 degrees Celsius-280 degrees Celsius and disconnect the power supply.
